Lea+Elliott has a multi-disciplinary staff that is qualified to address all the technical and system-related issues that can arise during transit system procurement and implementation. Many of our staff worked for equipment and system suppliers and can provide an in-depth understanding of the complex nature of these systems and how different equipment responds in different design scenarios. Other members of our staff have worked for public transit agencies and system owners and understand projects from the owner’s point-of-view. We boast one of the strongest teams of train control and vehicle systems engineers available anywhere in the world, many of whom are registered professional engineers.
